Mallee Park Bush Gardens
have just celebrated being open 24 months and stage 3 is about to get
underway.
The park has been well received by the public and most weekends are now
booked out.
The opening of our new Bush Gallery was completed last month and more
and more enquiries continue to build for
mid week bookings, catering to corporate groups and social clubs.
It's now time to roll out our expansion program over the next 12 / 24
months.
We are looking for experienced and motivated people or companies to join
us and create their own businesses at the park.

So how does it work and what are we offering?
Mallee Park is currently attracting good visitation from Adelaide and
locally, with phone enquiries enormous.
Our advertising and strategy is far reaching and beginning to attract
enquiries from all over the state and interstate.
The Soft Adventure Quad Park and Bush Gallery only utilises about 40
acres of the heavily vegetated bush and we intend
to partner like minded people, that might benefit from our advertising,
booking systems and location,
to "fun and adventure farm" the rest of the Park.
This might happen in one of several ways:
1] Lease portions of
land to complimentary businesses (A small shed or enclosure to
many acres)
2] Partner with self motivated persons that wish to run their own
business at the park
This might happen in one of several ways:
1] Mallee Park may
provide the space / facility free and take commissions from bookings
2] Mallee Park may charge a straight lease or rental fee for the space
/ facility
3] All of the above
Regardless of the chosen
arrangement, Mallee Park would be involved in helping market and
advertise your business.
In some instances,
Mallee Park may build structures or facilities to assist new business
and provide seed funding to
help "kick start" the new venture.
Who should NOT contact us
Persons need not contact us if they have no relevant background or
experience in the business venture they pursue
and have no available funds of their own. There's no shortage of ideas,
we are looking for proposals and serious
business persons with half a plan.
Mallee Park, It is not a hoon park or race track and will not suit
business proposals of this nature.
